Beginning in May 2022, Bloomingdale Public Schools has partnered with BoardDocs to assist with the organization, creation and storage of detailed agendas and minutes for the business of the Board of education. You can access the Board Docs portal any time by clicking the 'Jump to Board Docs' link below. As a school district, we have begun to work back in time adding historic meeting minutes and agendas into the Board Docs System. Our goal is for Board Docs to serve as a historical library for meeting agendas and documents. Beginning July 1 2022, the only repository for Board information will be under Board Docs.
Bloomingdale Public Schools recognizes that any change in agenda/minutes format or location can create a potential barrier for the public. Therefore, we have put together a PDF tutorial below that can show how to use the program along with a Youtube video explaining the various features. As you will see, Board Docs allows for much more access to content than our previous webpage allowed.
