Academic programs for 22-23 are well supported by two new positions: a Language Arts Coach and a Math Coach. Mrs Podolec (ELA Coach) and Ms Capo (Math Coach) provide an intensive support program to teachers in the best practices of ELA and Math instruction. On Wednesday Oct 26, our coaches hosted a teacher lunch and learn professional develop session for teachers at SRD to learn about new materials, activities and strategies. Another example of how Bloomingdale school district is committed to improving student academic instruction by providing teachers with resources, strategies and best instructional basis.
